METROPOLITAN LIMA AND CALLAO:
- Express Shipping: If you are located in a district within our coverage for express shipping, the order will be sent the day after placing it (Express delivery hours are from 3pm to 8pm. It is understood that the product can be delivered at any time within that range, a fixed schedule cannot be given since the routes are different every day). The Express Shipping option must have been chosen when making the purchase.
- Economic Shipping: Covers shipments to all of Lima and Callao . It is made with the delivery company Olva Courier, which will be making the delivery in 2 to 3 business days from when the purchase was made (delivery hours are from 9am to 6pm). If you are in a district without express coverage , economical shipping will be made.
IMPORTANT: You must pay attention to the cell phone number that you provided for the purchase, since the delivery person will communicate by that means to make the delivery.

PROVINCE:
Shipments are made only through the Olva Courier agency. The average delivery range varies from 3 to 4 business days depending on the province where you are located.

How will I know the status of my order?
