PRICES

-IDOLA PERÚ reserves the right to modify the price of the products available in the online store, the introduction of new products, create or withdraw offers (discounts).

DELIVERY
-The store prepares orders within 24 hours after receiving them.

METROPOLITAN LIMA:

-Deliveries of orders within Metropolitan Lima are carried out by motorized vehicles. Delivery hours are from 3pm to 8pm. It is understood that delivery can occur at any time during this schedule; it is not possible to give a fixed time since the routes are different every day.
-The customer must pay attention to the cell phone number provided to receive the order.
-The customer has 5 minutes from the moment the motorized vehicle arrived to be able to serve them and receive the product.
-If the client does not respond to the motorized vehicle at the time of delivery or takes more than the stipulated time, the motorized vehicle will proceed to withdraw and IDOLA PERÚ is not responsible for the new shipment. THE CUSTOMER must coordinate with the motorized vehicle a new delivery date and You must bear the cost of shipping.
- There will be no refunds for problems with the delivery of the product due to the customer's responsibility.

PROVINCE:

-Shipping to the province is made with the company OLVA COURIER.
-The store is not responsible for shipments that have not been delivered due to the customer's responsibility (no contact, no one at home, incorrect delivery address). The buyer will have to contact OLVA COURIER to reschedule their delivery. If the package has been returned to Lima, you will have to pay a reshipment fee.
- There will be no refunds for problems with the delivery of the product due to the customer's responsibility.

CHANGES:

-The store makes changes due to size issues or factory defects. For more information see the Changes page by clicking here .
-If an exchange has to be made and the necessary size is not available, a credit note will be issued, which can be exchanged for other garment(s) that have the same value or add up to the same value. of the credit note.
-If the exchange is made for a lower cost garment, a credit note will be issued that can be exchanged when making another purchase.
